Cancellation & Refund Policy

Applies to: All services offered by Ome Retreats including Retreats, Virtual Sessions, and In-Person Sessions.
At Ome Retreats, we are committed to holding sacred space for healing and transformation. We also value your time, our facilitators’ schedules, and the energetic exchange that occurs in each session. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before booking any service.
1. Retreats & Immersive Experiences
Retreat bookings are subject to the following terms:
Payments & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
The balance must be paid in full at least [30] days before the retreat begins.
Cancellation by Participant
60+ days prior to retreat: Full refund minus deposit.
30–59 days prior: 50% refund of total paid.
Less than 30 days: No refund available.
Cancellation by Ome Retreats
If we must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or credit for a future retreat will be offered.
We are not responsible for your travel costs or personal arrangements.
Travel Insurance
Strongly recommended for all retreat participants.
2. Virtual & In-Person Sessions
We offer the following individual healing services:

Session Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule any session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged in full.
Refunds
No refunds will be given for completed sessions.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days.
3. How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule a session or retreat, please Contact Us Here with your full name, appointment details, and reason for the change.
4. Force Majeure
If a session or retreat is impacted by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disaster, illness, pandemic), we will offer rescheduling options or credit toward a future service.
5. Agreement
By booking any service with Ome Retreats, you agree to this cancellation policy and acknowledge our efforts to hold compassionate boundaries for the sacred work we do.
